Senior R&D Manager for Direct Drive Rotary Tables

  • Responsible for the research, technical project evaluation, solution development, and design output of linear module products;
  • Responsible for the structural design of linear motor platform products, including linear modules and granite gantry platforms;
  • Responsible for developing system solutions for linear modules and granite gantry platforms according to customer requirements;
  • Responsible for researching the rigidity, motion smoothness, vibration resistance, and stability of linear modules;
  • Responsible for the standardization and serialization of developed products, while also considering cost reduction;
  • Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
  • Associate degree or above in Mechanical Design and Automation or other related mechanical engineering majors, with more than 2 years of experience in the development of ball screw modules and linear motor module products;
  • Proficient in using 2D and 3D software; experience in structural modal or dynamic simulation is preferred;
  • Possess rich experience in mechanical processing, surface treatment, and the selection of commonly used materials, and have experience in the selection of grating, magnetic grating, and aluminum profiles;
  • Have rich design, development, or application experience with linear motors, guide rails, and granite platforms, and be able to independently complete the development of work units composed of linear motor modules and granite platforms;
  • Obedient to leadership arrangements, strong execution ability, and good communication and teamwork skills.

  • Responsible for the main objectives and plans of the machining production department, including production scheduling, management, and control;

Familiar with machine setup, programming, and machining processes, and possess experience in operating and maintaining machining equipment;
